Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred; wine/beverage knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, daily specials, wine and cocktail features to assist guests.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders with timely, efficient service.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections following safety standards.
