The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, Autograph Collection in Delray Beach is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead operations at the Beach Club. You will supervise dining rooms, bars, and service teams, ensuring exceptional service, curated guest experiences, and efficient financial management.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality degree or equivalent, strong leadership, and knowledge of wine service and POS systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in high-volume, upscale dining or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service; current dining trends.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; engagement with members/staff.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise dining room, bar, and service staff to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Build relationships with members and anticipate preferences for personalized service.
• Coordinate with culinary team on menus, specials, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all dining areas.
• Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and labor costs.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies for service readiness.
• Resolve member/guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement service standards and suggest process improvements.
• Develop and manage budgets for labor, supplies, and operations.
