Job summary

The Seagate seeks a Director of Club Operations in Delray Beach to oversee all club venues, guest services, and programming. You will lead resort-like experiences, partner with leadership teams, and drive revenue growth while upholding The Seagate’s luxury standards.

The role requires a proven hospitality executive who can develop high-performing teams, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional member experiences across Beach Club, Country Club, events, and amenities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in club management, luxury hospitality, or private clubs.
• Proven track record for financial performance, service delivery, and team leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization skills.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent member and guest service skills in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all club operations across venues.
• Mentor department heads and operational leaders for accountability and service excellence.
• Develop and execute operational strategies, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
• Align operational priorities with organizational growth objectives.
• Drive exceptional member experiences through personalized service and hospitality culture.
• Collaborate with Membership and Marketing to boost engagement and retention.
• Partner with Culinary and F&B leadership to elevate dining and events.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements for profitability.
• Maintain high standards of facility appearance, safety, and functionality.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and workforce management across operations.
• Support membership sales and retention through operational excellence.
• Build relationships with members, guests, ownership, and resort leadership.
• Lead regular operations meetings and performance reviews.
• Work with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, OSHA, and laws.
