As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll ensure guests feel welcome, handle orders, make recommendations, and maintain restaurant cleanliness with professionalism and grace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 6 months experience as a server in an upscale setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service with a positive attitude to make guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Set up side stations and perform assigned side work for service.
• Greet guests upon seating and distribute menus.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and relay special cooking instructions to the kitchen.
• Assemble and deliver orders with accuracy and presentation.
• Serve meals with proper etiquette and replenish water.
• Clear tables and maintain dining areas throughout the shift.
• Present desserts and after-dinner drinks, offering options as appropriate.
• Verify charges on checks and process payments through the POS system.
• Report guest concerns to the supervisor and assist with closing duties.
