• Current Restaurant Manager with experience in an upscale full-service restaurant.
• Excellent industry tenure and references.
• A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
• Professional and kind personality.
• Strong knowledge and passion for wine.
• Natural ability to lead a professional team.
• Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Management to train staff on the culinary and wine program.
• Participate in Management financial meetings to help meet goals.
• Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
• Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
• Lead and engage staff in hospitality excellence requirements.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Be hands-on and assist wherever needed.
