Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in upscale-casual or fine dining preferred.
• Familiar with Toast POS and OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold company standards.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and daily pre-meal meetings.
• Oversee third-party delivery systems and ensure accurate to-go orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Track sales, monitor costs, and drive overall business success.
