Mottai Miami in Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our upscale Japanese dining venue. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage a high-performing team, and uphold the brand’s refined standards in a busy, high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, English fluency, and a passion for hospitality, wine and spirits, and exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a management role within an upscale environment.
• Experience balancing high-volume operations with elevated, fine dining service standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English.
• Composed, solutions-oriented, and gracious under pressure.
• Proficiency in POS and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits; familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sake is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus.
