Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a host or maître d’ in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Calm, organized, and gracious under pressure
• Ability to manage reservations and guest flow while maintaining a polished and welcoming demeanor
• Proficiency with reservation and POS systems
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or fine dining service standards preferred
• Formal hospitality training or certifications are a plus
• Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
