Job summary

Mottai Miami is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our upscale Coral Gables venue. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold the brand's quality and standard.

This role requires poise under pressure and clear communication in English. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in management within fine dining, knowledge of wine and spirits, and familiarity with POS and restaurant software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management role.
• Experience balancing high-volume operations with upscale dining standards.
• Strong leadership and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Proficiency with POS and restaurant software.
• Spanish language knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced and polished Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our upscale restaurant. This is a key leadership role that blends operational excellence with genuine, elevated service. You’ll be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring every detail reflects the quality of our brand.

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years in a management role within an upscale environment
• Experience balancing high-volume operations with elevated, fine dining service standards
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English
• Composed, solutions-oriented, and gracious under pressure
• Proficiency in POS and restaurant management software
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is a must; familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sake is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus
• Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
