Job summary

Coury Hospitality seeks a seasoned restaurant leader to oversee Ambassador Hotel Wichita's dining operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury, downtown setting. You’ll manage service standards, staff development, and daily throughput with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with labor, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, food safety, and sanitation.
• Experience with POS systems, reservation platforms, and scheduling software preferred.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee labor, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, mentor and develop restaurant staff.
