• Managing reservations, service flow, staffing, schedules and daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant running.
• Leading pre-shift briefings to reinforce menu knowledge, service standards, and daily priorities.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talented Team Members to grow future leaders.
• Training through one-on-one coaching and on-the-floor education, with performance feedback.
