Qualifications

• 2 years recent restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and operational controls.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a schedule aligned with restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of service standards and a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members, fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure alignment, communication, and consistent execution.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating expenses to support financial performance.
• Uphold standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.
• Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational excellence while representing Wolfgang Puck's commitment to quality and hospitality.
