Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• General Manager or senior operational leadership experience in luxury dining.
• Strong P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and operational leadership teams and establish a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Drive flawless service, personalised guest engagement, and maintenance of luxury brand standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations across dining room, lounge, bar, and private dining to ensure seamless execution.
• Own restaurant P&L, monitor labor, controllable expenses, and drive profitability.
• Recruit, train, and retain exceptional hospitality talent; develop leadership bench.
• Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to translate strategy into execution and growth.
