Wolfgang Puck in Las Vegas is seeking a warm, energetic Barista/Host to welcome guests from first greeting to final sip, manage reservations, seating, and craft hand-made beverages to Wolfgang Puck standards. This dual-role combines front-of-house hospitality with coffee excellence in a fast-paced, elevated setting.

This role requires hospitality passion and strong communication, with preferred experience as a host or barista.

Qualifications

• Previous host, barista, or guest service experience preferred (high-volume restaurant, café, or luxury hospitality experience is a plus)
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Basic coffee and espresso knowledge preferred; willingness to learn welcomed
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure efficient dining room flow
• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, coffee, teas, and specialty drinks to Wolfgang Puck standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and menu offerings
• Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service periods
• Keep the host stand, coffee station, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist with guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation requests
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and operational standards
