Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand on the Las Vegas Strip is seeking an energetic AM Food Runner to support breakfast and lunch service. You will help deliver meals promptly while upholding Wolfgang Puck's elevated hospitality standards.

This role requires a positive, team-first attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Must be available for 6:30am-5pm shifts. Competitive pay plus tips and employee dining benefits await the right candidate.

• Experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Experience in high-volume or full-service restaurants is a plus.
• Must be available for 6:30am-5pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests efficiently.
• Ensure each dish is presented exactly as intended, following Wolfgang Puck standards.
• Verify table numbers, seat positions, and special requests before food is delivered.
• Communicate clearly with servers, chefs, and expo to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with garnishing, plate finishing, and final quality checks at the pass.
• Support servers by clearing plates, refilling water, and assisting as needed during peak service.
• Keep expo and runner stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand is seeking an energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven AM Food Runner to support our fast-paced breakfast and lunch service. This role is essential in ensuring every guest receives timely, accurate, and seamless service while maintaining the elevated standards of hospitality and professionalism that define the Wolfgang Puck experience. Must be available for 6:30am-5pm shifts.

Pay: $12 / hour

What You’ll Do

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency
• Ensure each dish is presented exactly as intended, following Wolfgang Puck standards
• Verify table numbers, seat positions, and special requests before food is delivered

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, team-first attitude with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume or full-service restaurants is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25–40 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move quickly in tight spaces
