Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Tree Room Host to join the F&B team. This part-time, year-round role requires weekend and holiday availability, with shifts from 4:00 PM to close (approx. 10:00 PM).

Greet guests, provide top-notch service, and uphold Forbes 4-star standards in a upscale setting. Must be 18+, comply with Utah liquor laws, and be able to assist with reservations and dining room duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Two years related restaurant experience and/or training.
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills.
• Must have or obtain a current food handler's permit within 30 days.
• Must have or obtain current alcohol serving permit within 30 days.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet each Tree Room guest.
• Provide exceptional service and meet Forbes 4-star standards.
• Share knowledge about wine, liquor, beer, and the Sundance experience.
• Assist in reservations and seating arrangements for the Tree Room.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support the recycling program and closing duties.
