Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a Foundry Grill Server to join our dining team. You will set the dining room, warmly greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires knowledge of wine service, experience with POS systems, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. We offer part-time and full-time roles with tips and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 2+ years in a full-service restaurant.
• Wine, liquor and beer service experience preferred.
• Prior POS and banking/ basic accounting experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Set dining room to Sundance standard and manage assigned section.
• Open/close duties and ensure health code compliance.
• Greet guests warmly and inform daily specials and recommendations.
• Enter orders in POS with accurate tables and seats.
• Handle payments, provide change, obtain signatures, and document transactions.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with Utah liquor laws.
• Complete cleaning tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
