The Stoneleigh in Dallas, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, seeks an on-site full-time server to provide outstanding guest service in a premier setting. You will greet guests, take and communicate orders, and ensure accurate delivery while maintaining the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Be a team player and assist coworkers when needed.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials.
• Record and repeat guest orders for accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and relay details to kitchen.
• Deliver orders with condiments and check accuracy.
• Assist with serving and clearing tables and handling beverages.
• Abide by state and franchise alcohol service requirements.
• Promote menu items and desserts to guests.
• Operate POS to pre-check orders and close checks.
