Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions seeks a General Manager for Double Cut Steak House & Redd's Piano Bar to oversee daily operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will lead finance-enabled hospitality leadership, elevate beverage programs, and mentor a high-performing front-of-house team in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

The role requires 3+ years of steakhouse leadership, strong wine knowledge, and a track record in cost controls and staff development within a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of steak house experience.
• 3+ years in a full-service, high-volume restaurant management.
• Significant wine knowledge.
• Experience with systems, training, and P&L review.
• Prefer 2+ years with craft cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Schedule labor, inventory, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor all front-of-house associates.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products meet recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
• Achieve objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation and cleanliness through training.
• Develop, coach, and train staff in managerial and professional development.
