Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Server for Double Cut Steakhouse. You will provide friendly, responsive service to craft a memorable dining experience, actively participate as a team, and uphold the Kalahari Promise to Lead with Love.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverage, and supporting fellow associates to ensure smooth operations in a high-volume setting. Must be 18+ with front-of-house experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of front-of-house operations preferred.
• Ability to operate Micros terminal, Phone system, POS system, and beverage dispenser.
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
• Greet guests, explain specials, tour menus, and make recommendations.
• Take orders, enter into POS, relay to kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders promptly using service trays.
• Assist team members and management as needed.
