Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of hospitality experience in upscale full-service restaurants.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the budget in collaboration with the Director.
• Creates and manages scheduling, approving timesheets for all departments, including the culinary team.
• Assists with inventory ordering and management, ensuring optimal prices and purchasing decisions.
• Manages vendor list and ordering guides, ensuring all are updated regularly.
• Leads in a positive fashion while multitasking and prioritizing workloads.
• Conducts ongoing training and development with a focus on food, beverage, service, and hospitality.
• Assists with culinary programming, including menu development, updates, and staff training.
• Leverages technology to manage administrative tasks.
• Assists with managing reservation books to maximize revenue.
• Oversees guest ambiance and experiences from pre-arrival to departure.
• Maintains high standards of professionalism including image, cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance.
• Responds to guest complaints professionally and resolves issues.
• Troubleshoots maintenance with Engineering and Hotel GM/F&B Director.
• Oversees safety, sanitation and alcohol service guidelines.
