Nordstrom in New York is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead operations and coach a team in delivering exceptional service. You'll complete a Manager in Training program and apply hands-on guidance to create a welcoming, efficient unit.

This role rewards strong communicators who can manage schedules, finances, and a high-performing crew while upholding company standards. A food handler’s card where required and a passion for hospitality are preferred.

Formación

• Solid written and verbal communications skills.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• 2+ years full service, upscale restaurant management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a unit.
• Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support unit success by keeping customers happy, following procedures, and managing productivity and costs.
