Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly and professional McArthur's Server at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will provide attentive food and beverage service, take and relay orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, greeting guests, processing orders through the POS, and delivering items with accuracy while adhering to liquor regulations. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Six months to one year of previous serving experience preferred; hospitality experience preferred.
• Must obtain any government-required Food Safety Certifications such as Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and/or beverages to guests, including taking and delivering orders, in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials and restaurant promotions to enhance guest awareness.
• Record guest orders accurately and input into the POS system for kitchen communication.
• Retrieve orders from the kitchen, verify accuracy, and deliver to guests with appropriate condiments.
• Follow state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
