Job summary

The Marcus Corporation is seeking a passionate Bartender for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva. You will deliver full bar and lounge service, manage inventories, and ensure guest satisfaction with wine, spirits, and beer expertise.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in fine dining; extensive wine, spirit and beer knowledge.
Bartending certificate/license required.
Ability to lift trays up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Fully understands the drink menu, wine list, ingredients, and preparation.
Responsible for complete service at the bar and lounge.
Maintain flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room.
Clean and reset the bar and lounge during and after service.
Operate POS efficiently and manage bar inventory.
Communicate with culinary and management teams; delegate tasks to assistants.
