Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Barista to join our team. You will take orders, craft beverages, and provide friendly, efficient service in a prestigious full-service resort environment.

Responsibilities include mastering the menu, operating the Micros POS, stocking, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding our high standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or barista experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Familiarity with guest service standards and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and craft drinks with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
• Deliver excellent service, including proper presentation and knowledge of offerings.
• Follow merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storage standards.
• Handle guest orders from start to finish to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system and perform cash handling procedures.
• Manage designated stations with multitasking and side work.
• Process checks and close out shifts while addressing guest concerns.
