Omni Hotels & Resorts in Dallas, TX seeks enthusiastic Bartenders to deliver exceptional, friendly service while maintaining a clean, high‑quality bar.

You will mix drinks correctly, demonstrate liquor knowledge, upsell food and beverages, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.

The role requires standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, cash handling, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and Texas TABC & Food Handler certification on hire if needed.

Competenze

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Excellent communication in person and by phone.
• Basic computer/MICROS knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Texas TABC & Food Handler certification on hire if not already certified.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Serve properly mixed drinks to guests and servers in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of liquors, beers and wines.
• Upsell and suggest food and beverages to guests.
• Restock bar with all essential products and equipment.
• Observe liquor liability laws and ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Monitor guest alcohol intake and refuse service to intoxicated patrons.
• Communicate with guests and respond to feedback positively, resolving issues.
