Job summary

Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star seeks a seasonal, part-time bartender for our Lobby Bar. Deliver personalized service and top-notch beverage presentation to guests and event staff.

You will set up the bar, handle glassware, assist with cocktail knowledge, and ensure health and safety standards while working weekends and busy events. Previous hotel bartending is preferred; start Oct, end Jan 15, 2027, with competitive pay and training.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience in a hotel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage garnishes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare drinks according to cocktail menus and SOP.
• Set up and break down bar areas; stock ice and glassware.
• Perform daily paperwork and bar requisitions.
• Ensure inventory control and proper cash/POS handling.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to create memorable experiences.
