Job summary

North Shore Gardens in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our upscale apartment community. You will engage with prospects, conduct tours, and drive leasing activity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Polished, engaging and energetic salesperson with sales/customer service experience.
• Experience in high-energy, upscale environments.
• Background in high-end retail, leasing or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Ensure leasing targets are achieved and communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond quickly to online rental inquiries.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic, and product availability.
• Maintain sales and leasing models to high standards and report issues.
• Close the leasing process by asking for the sale.
• Maintain accurate lead information in Resman and Knock.
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone or letter.
• Manage waitlist and communicate changes to prospects.
• Warm call prospects when needed.
• Execute screening procedures properly.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork.
• Collect funds and move-in fees.
• Maintain model open signs and appearance daily.
• Support customer service efforts at the community.
• Complete other tasks as directed.
