Job summary

Fashion Island Hotel in Newport Beach is seeking a professional Server to provide guest-focused service in an upscale dining environment. You will take orders, explain menu items, present daily specials, and ensure accurate presentation and timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working as a Server in upscale dining environments.
• Must be 21 years of age or over.
• California Food Handler Card or ability to obtain before first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay to kitchen.
• Explain menu items, including content and preparation style.
• Present specials and ensure consistent preparation and presentation.
• Process guest checks and handle payments (cash, room charge, or credit card).
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold hotel policies.
