Job summary

The Saint Dallas is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in The Design District. The Saint experience focuses on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans.

Responsibilities include cooking and plating according to recipes, weighing ingredients, stocking the station, and assisting other stations as needed. A Food Handler Safety Card is required, and candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One-year upscale restaurant experience preferred.
• Must have Food Handler Safety Card.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality of food items.
• Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Restock station when necessary.
• Assist another station when necessary.
