North Shore Gardens seeks a polished Leasing Consultant for a Lexington apartment community. Under the Property Manager, you will handle all aspects of leasing production, tours, and lead follow-up in a high-energy, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Aim for individual and group leasing targets and report opportunities/threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond quickly to online rental inquiries and maintain lead information in ResMan and Knock.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability.
• Maintain clean, high-standard sales and leasing models; communicate issues to the responsible party.
• Close the leasing process by asking for the sale and follow up with prospects.
