Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menu items for hotel restaurant and catering events following proper food handling and safety guidelines.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization; ensure stock and mise en place are ready for service.
• Coordinate with Sales Department for catering reservations and guest requests; monitor food costs and presentation.
