White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. In a high-energy, upscale bar environment, you will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires an outgoing hospitality-focused personality, ability to stand for long shifts, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior bartending experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests with friendly conversation.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and garnishes.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and a safe work environment.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
