Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred — hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and daily health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
