Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred; hotel/rooftop/bar backgrounds a plus.
• Ability to stand and work at a fast pace for extended periods.
• Outgoing, social personality with passion for hospitality.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily side work to health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation for guests.
• Accurately process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment.
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
