White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment.

Responsibilities include delivering top-notch bar service, maintaining a clean station, knowing the full cocktail menu, and processing payments accurately. Applicants should be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and garnishes.
• Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods; evenings, weekends, holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and perform daily side work.
• Demonstrate full cocktail menu knowledge and answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments accurately and close out end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
