Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale setting.

Responsibilities include suggesting drinks, maintaining a clean station, knowing the cocktail menu, processing payments, and supporting a safe, teamwork-driven environment. Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace; availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous bartending experience preferred—hotel/restaurant/rooftop backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests with personal connections and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health standards.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation meeting guest expectations.
• Accurately process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
