Puttery in The Colony, TX, seeks a Server to deliver friendly, attentive service in a modern entertainment venue blending mini golf with dining and nightlife.

You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, and make personalized recommendations while maintaining knowledge of all food, beverage, and gaming options. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant service standards, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Purpose

The Server plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests by providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service. This position is responsible for greeting guests, taking and delivering orders accurately, making personalized recommendations, and maintaining an understanding of all food, beverage, and gaming options within the venue.

Servers are expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor, actively contribute to the overall guest experience, and uphold Puttery's standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced, guest-facing environment with continuous interaction and movement
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods, including carrying trays and navigating stairs
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting conditions depending on venue area
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required to support business operations
