Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant service standards, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging, personalized dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned service areas.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members, including bar, kitchen, and support staff, to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by showing professionalism, reliability, and respect.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
