You will lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and foster strong relationships with staff and guests.

The role emphasizes developing the team, optimizing operations, and aligning dining services with the facility plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years upscale food service experience with multi-unit management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, menus, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews, hires, trains and coaches employees and managers.
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs.
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls.
• Is knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
