You will lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs, foster team development, and integrate dining services with the facility plan, delivering exceptional service and strong interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years upscale food service experience, including multi-unit management.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and managers per policy and law.
• Interact in interviews, hires, trains and coaches staff.
• Lead meetings and training programs for team development.
• Maintain food cost controls and inventory management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts and financial targets.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and proper food handling.
