Ideal candidates have 5+ years in food and beverage, prior luxury dining or steakhouse experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts. The role includes generous perks and benefits typical of a resort setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Food & Beverage experience in a high-paced environment.
• Experience in luxury dining or a steakhouse is preferred.
• Experience working in a resort setting is preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Knowledgeable about selling techniques and service delivery for menu items and beverages.
• Maintain table cleanliness using a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills accurately and securely process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and POS stations.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond with urgency.
• Communicate with management, chefs and staff to address issues or requests.
