MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Food Server for Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse inside MGM Grand to deliver attentive, personalized service, take and deliver orders, maintain stations, and ensure guest satisfaction in a polished, upscale setting.

Starting rate is $14.8871 per hour plus tips; you’ll work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and contribute to a seamless dining experience with teamwork and professional hospitality.

Formación

• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• 5+ Years of Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience preferred.
• prior food server experience in a luxury dining or steakhouse environment preferred.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations.
• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other employees.
