Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Busser/Runner for Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse inside MGM Grand. You will support the service team by maintaining your station, clearing dishes, and assisting with timely food delivery to ensure a memorable guest experience on the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old with 1+ year restaurant experience, able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume

• Must be at least 18+ years of age.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a bus or food runner preferred.
• 1+ years' experience working in a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations preferred.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills.
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property.
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station.
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom.
• Assist with proper stock rotation.
• Run food as required by the Department.

THE JOB:

As a Busser/ Runner at Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse inside MGM Grand, you will be part of a one-of-a-kind dining destination inspired by the legendary Four Sixes Ranch and the vision of Taylor Sheridan. As a key member of the service team, you will help deliver exceptional Western hospitality by maintaining your assigned section in pristine, sanitary condition, promptly clearing dishes and glassware, executing seamless table resets, and collaborating closely with Food Servers to ensure outstanding guest service. You will also support efficient food delivery, ensuring sizzling cuts of premium Texas ranch beef and bold culinary creations arrive at the table with precision and care. By keeping side stations fully stocked with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments, you will help ensure service runs smoothly while contributing to an unforgettable dining experience unlike any other on the Las Vegas Strip.

THE STARTING RATE:

$15.2556 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
