Responsibilities

• Serve as a polished ambassador of the 1945 Steak and Seafood brand on the dining room floor.
• Welcome guests warmly and establish immediate rapport.
• Take full ownership of the guest experience from initial greeting through farewell.
• Maintain impeccable mise en place prior to service, including station readiness, tools, and personal presentation.
• Confidently present daily specials, features, and menu updates.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system with precision and attention to detail.
• Upsell responsibly and professionally to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Maintain table presentation at all times, including pre-bussing, refilling waters, remarking silverware, and resetting as needed.
• Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to guest requests or concerns.
• Remain flexible and assist in other areas of the restaurant to support seamless operations.
