Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Lions Den Fine Dining Server at The Stoneleigh in Dallas, TX. You will deliver exceptional guest service, relay order details, and support the dining room team in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders, delivering meals and beverages, and maintaining station readiness while adhering to service standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor required.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items to guests.
• Ability to transport heavy trays up to 30 lbs and use POS.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and confirm order details with guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately.
• Retrieve and deliver orders, including beverages and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at station before, during, and after shifts.
• Comply with all beverage-service regulations and policies.
• Support teammates and assist with service as needed.
