HEI Hotels and Resorts in Dallas is seeking an enthusiastic server to provide guests with exceptional service at Lions Den and Bar Leonessa. You will greet guests, explain specials, record orders, and input details into the POS system, delivering meals with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a professional appearance, teamwork, knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Must be a team player and willing to assist coworkers.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and etiquette.
• Knowledge of table settings, service ware, and menu items.
• Able to remember and promote the variety of menu items.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and operate beverage equipment with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record guest orders, confirm accuracy, and input into POS.
• Deliver orders to guests with precise portioning and condiments.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate beverage service rules.
• Replenish beverages and promote desserts or specialty coffees.
• Present checks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
