Responsibilities

• Uphold Jean-Georges values and mission while performing duties.
• Provide exemplary service by applying knowledge of service and menus.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform, punching in/out as required.
• Promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
• Execute daily steps of service and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Attend Pre-Shift Daily; participate in monthly trainings.
• Complete a positional training program with validation measures.
• Check identification of guests under age of 30.
• Maintain accurate financial records of the shift, including discounts and comps.
• Respond positively to guest requests.
• Be present and participate in all monthly training seminars.
• Perform daily side work with enthusiasm and motivation.
