Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Fine Dining Server Assistant for the Orchid Room to join our Club team. You will greet patrons, take orders, serve food and beverages, and check on member satisfaction to turn interactions into moments of magic.

Reporting to the Orchid Room General Manager, you will support a high-volume brunch concept on the lobby level of our luxury resort, collaborating with servers, hosts and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest

Formación

• Experience in fine dining or high-volume service preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain buffet station with attractive presentation.
• Arrange dining tables per standards, ensure cleanliness and completeness.
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables; replenish supplies.
• Support bar operations with opening/closing, stocking, and garnish prep.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and address needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of dining area and fixtures.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth turnover.
• Assist with beverage service and delivering drinks to tables as needed.
