Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Fine Dining Server for the Orchid Room to join our Club team. You will greet patrons, take orders, serve food and beverages, and check on member satisfaction with flair.

Reporting to the Orchid Room General Manager, you will support a high-end brunch concept, deliver personalized service, and contribute to a luxury, five-star guest experience in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Experience in fine dining is preferred.
• Ability to maintain Forbes standards and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Explain ingredients, prep techniques, and substitutions.
• Discuss daily specials with guests and offer wine pairings.
• Provide meal recommendations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Serve courses and beverages, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with kitchen on orders, wait times, and dietary needs.
• Adhere to quality standards and complete closing duties.
